Quinn Speaker: Martha C. Nussbaum (Univ. of Chicago)

The Department of Philosophy regrets to announce that Martha Nussbaum will not deliver the Philip Quinn Memorial Lecture this Friday, as previously advertised.  Professor Nussbaum's lecture will be delivered by Sara Bernstein, the Thomas J. and Robert T. Rolfs Associate Professor of Philosophy. The time and location of the lecture are unchanged.

Martha Nussbaum will be our Quinn speaker this year on December 6th from 3-5 pm in DeBartolo Hall room 131.  The talk is titled: Sexual Assault: Pride, Objectification, and Accountability. More information on Prof. Nussbaum can be found on her website.
