I’m interested in living things and thinking things, and I study some folks who argue that you can’t understand the latter without understanding the former, and folks who argue you can’t really understand anything at all without understanding the latter. More specifically, the German idealists and a smattering of vitalists and organicists. I also have a peculiar fixation on self-reference/reflexivity.
I enjoy writing fiction, playing music, watching films, and climbing rocks.
