Workshop in Medieval Islamic Philosophy
A mini-workshop in medieval Islamic philosophy with Stephen Ogden (Catholic University of America) and Luis Xavier López Farjeat (Universidad Panamericana (Mexico)). The workshop will happen on Tuesday, November 13th from 1-3 pm in Malloy 107. The title of Luis' talk is "The Nature of Human and non-Human Animals in Alfarabi and Avicenna." The title of Stephen's talk is "Reconsidering Avicenna and Averroes on Abstraction."
