Department of Philosophy Plagiarism Guidelines

Plagiarism is the use of another person’s writings, ideas, insights, analyses and arguments without giving proper credit to the original source. The Academic Code of Honor Handbook discusses plagiarism as a specific violation of the Honor Code.  In response to student requests for additional guidance, The Department of Philosophy created its own, detailed document.
