University of Notre Dame, BA 2012
I'm currently a philosophy PhD candidate at the University of Notre Dame. My research focuses on how we engage with the world through perception and cognition - specifically how these systems inform, alter, and sometimes generate aspects of our experiences based on things like our beliefs, desires, and past experiences. In my dissertation and related research in philosophy of mind and cognitive science, I engage with this topic on a foundational level. I also work at the intersection of this topic and key questions in philosophy of religion, epistemology, and social philosophy.
